Requirements
- Certified in Six Sigma
- Certified in Lean Manufacturing
- Experience in Kaizen
- Certified in Kepner – Tregoe
- Problem-solving methodologies (8Ds, 5 why)
- Knowledge in Quality Core Tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP)
- Experience in IATF audits
- Knowledge in Autocad or SolidWorks
- Certified instructor
- Leadership
