Director, Business Development

The Director, Business Development will support the end-to-end execution of transactions for both Aditum Bio’s existing portfolio companies and new in-licensing opportunities, shaping and advancing the firm’s growth trajectory.

Requirements

• Significant business development experience with direct experience leading transactions
• Deep understanding of drug development and commercialization processes
• Strong understanding of deal structures requiring coordination with finance, legal, tax, R&D and commercial stakeholders
• Deep financial modeling and commercial forecast experience
• Ability to work effectively with and influence diverse stakeholders across business and scientific functions for greater outcomes
