Job Description
Aditum Bio is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Development to own the overall design and execution of portfolio company clinical trials. This role requires a strong command of early clinical phase drug development, experience with highly matrixed cross-functional teams, and expertise in regulatory and compliance. The ideal candidate will translate preclinical data into clinical trial design and ensure patient safety.
Requirements
- MD or MD/PhD degree
- Minimum 6 years of industry experience in clinical development in a pharmaceutical or biotech company
- Deep experience in early phase development (pre-IND, IND) and clinical trial design
- Ability to run a clinical program with minimal direction
- Extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology and regulatory compliance
- Proven leadership skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills and experience managing vendors
