Vice President, Nonclinical and Clinical Pharmacology

Mirum Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Vice President of Nonclinical and Clinical Pharmacology to lead the design and execution of nonclinical and clinical pharmacology development plans for all Mirum assets. The successful candidate will have a strong scientific background and experience in drug development, as well as leadership experience and a proven track record of success.

Requirements

• Advanced science degree (e.g. PhD, PharmD)
• Board certification in toxicology (DABT) preferred
• 10+ years leadership experience and 15+ years drug development experience
• Ability to understand and effectively communicate scientific information
• Thorough understanding of nonclinical and clinical pharmacology requirements
• Deep knowledge of toxicology study design and interpretation, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics modeling
• Extensive experience coordinating studies through CROs
• Extensive experience authoring and supporting regulatory filings
