Job Description
Adlook is seeking a Client Development Director to cultivate long-term partnerships with strategic accounts, serve as a point of reference for programmatic clients, and proactively identify new business opportunities. The role involves in-person meetings, performance reporting, and campaign support. They emphasize client service, data driven decision-making and team mentoring.
Requirements
- Experience in online advertising campaigns’ management
- Experience in digital media agencies handling branding, video, and full-funnel campaigns
- Strategic thinking and ability to plan / execute plan to drive business growth
- Proficiency in DSPs
- In-depth understanding of agency campaign cycles and decision drivers
- Proven success in creating and managing media plans
- Persuasive communicator with negotiation and presentation skills
- MS Office expertise: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Multi-tasking, high-energy, and resourceful mindset
- Strong motivation and ability to inspire others
- Advanced English is a must
