Non-Executive Director

Admirals, a pioneering FinTech company, is seeking a Non-Executive Director to provide independent oversight and constructive challenge to the Board and senior management. The role involves attending Board meetings, reviewing management reports, and ensuring compliance with Seychelles financial services legislation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years' experience in a directorship, senior management, or equivalent governance position
• Relevant academic and/or professional qualifications in finance, law, accounting, compliance, risk management, corporate governance, business administration, or a related field
• Knowledge or experience in regulated financial services, securities dealing, brokerage, investment services, or capital markets
• Understanding of directors' duties, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, AML/CFT obligations, and risk management
• Ability to read, understand, and challenge Board papers, compliance reports, audit reports, risk assessments, and financial information
