Our Team in the Market Unit Financial Services is looking for support for projects with the BSI Customer Suite at banks and insurance companies. As part of an interdisciplinary and international project team, you play a crucial role in the development and implementation of digital solutions for CRM and CX.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or Natural Sciences or comparable training and BSI certification
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, solution development, and implementation of digital solutions, ideally in the areas of CRM, customer processes, sales and marketing automation, and customer experience in general, as well as BSI projects in particular
• Ability to understand, structure, and translate complex business requirements into precise user stories; knowledge of data modeling and database development is an asset
• At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry, ideally in the areas of marketing, sales, customer care, or customer service
• Experience with agile project management concepts such as Scrum or Kanban
• Interest in actively participating in our CRM and BSI community and sharing knowledge
• Strong communication skills and team player mentality
• Negotiation-safe German and English knowledge
