Job Description
We are looking for an IT Support Specialist (Service Desk) to join our interdisciplinary and international Service Desk team at our headquarters in Zurich. The ideal candidate will have completed education as an ITC specialist or at least two years of experience in IT support, good knowledge of Windows operating systems, and very good knowledge of German and English.
Requirements
- Completed education as an ITC specialist or at least two years of experience in IT support
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems
- Additional knowledge of MacOS is highly beneficial
- Enthusiasm for technical challenges in hardware and software
- Independent and reliable working style, as well as logical, agile, and analytical thinking
- Very good knowledge of German and English
