IT Support Specialist (Service Desk) (a)

We are looking for an addition to our interdisciplinary and international Service Desk team at our headquarters in Zurich. You will make a significant contribution to high service quality and customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with our service levels.

Requirements

• Completed training as ICT specialist, comparable training, or at least two years of professional experience in ICT support
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, additional knowledge of MacOS a big plus
• Enthusiasm for technical challenges regarding hardware and software
• Very good command of German and English
