Senior Talent Development Partner

We are seeking an experienced professional in Talent Development to join our Employee Experience team. The Senior Talent Development Partner will be responsible for improving the efficiency and impact of our people leaders at Adobe, developing and delivering transformative leadership experiences, and driving business impact.

Requirements

• Leading cross-functional, global programs in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
• Using instructional design expertise to develop high quality learning experiences
• Building trust and working relationships with senior-level business leaders
• Working collaboratively across functions, and building alignment and agreement for key initiatives
• Implementing a measurement and evaluation strategy to determine impact
