Sr. Program Manager, Employee Experience Strategic Initiatives

As a Senior Program Manager for the Employee Experience Program Management Office (EX PMO), you will partner across the global organization to develop, manage, and scale our most critical, employee-facing programs, initiatives, and operations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management, portfolio management, or operations in global, matrixed organizations, preferably within HR
• Outstanding ability to program manage multiple complex initiatives and operations, especially transformational change initiatives
• Experience designing, implementing, scaling, and optimizing global HR processes and programs
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, identify and align diverse perspectives, and advise and influence senior partners
• Ability to use critical thinking skills to breakdown sizable problems into meaningful pieces, and leverage data to derive insights
• Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills, and solid attention to detail
• Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, as well as basic technical understanding to effectively communicate with technical teams
