Job Description
The HRIS Manager oversees the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the organization’s HR technology ecosystem.
Requirements
- Lead the administration, configuration, and maintenance of HR systems
- Oversee system upgrades, patches, testing, and integrations with other business systems
- Ensure data integrity through audits, regular maintenance, and standardization of data practices
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and reporting to support decision-making
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into effective system solutions
- Manage system permissions, security roles, and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Lead or support cross-functional HR technology projects, including new module rollouts and process redesign
- Train HR team members and business partners on system functionality and best practices
- Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely resolution
- Document system procedures, workflows, and governance standards
