Job Description
The Human Resources Information Systems Manager (HRIS Manager) is responsible for leading major HR system process and design projects, systems configuration, implementation, and maintenance of data standards, reporting, and analytics. This position requires a strong understanding of HR processes, procedures, and data, as well as experience with HRIS database design, structure, functions, and processes.
Requirements
- Executes full cycle project management for large projects on HRIS systems and digital tools
- Works closely with CA's IT team for alignment with organizational objectives related to technology
- Facilitates and leads project teams, develops project charters, work breakdown structures, project schedules, and milestone plans
- Partners with the L&OD and HR Ops teams to align the HRIS with efforts related to talent acquisition, talent management, and talent optimization
- Ensures HRIS system compliance with federal and state regulations, data security, and privacy requirements
