Job Description
At ADT, we're looking for a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot and repair security systems, work with customers, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience with ADT or comparable products, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
Requirements
- Troubleshoot and repair security systems
- Work with customers to alleviate concerns
- Read blueprints and building plans
- Prepare trouble order forms
- Coordinate inspections and installations with police and fire departments
