Maintenance Tech 1 Plant

Maintenance Technician 1 for the Cordele plant, responsible for performing preventive and reactive maintenance duties to maintain maximum production rates. Requires flexibility to work 40+ hours/week, weekends, and on-call duties. Must have general experience with electrical test equipment, machine function, and sequence of operations. High school diploma or equivalent required, technician level preferred.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and their controls
• Maintain and build job skills through company training programs
• Contact and order replacement parts and control components
• Effectively contribute to CMMS performance
• Work with Production Staff to ensure safe and reliable operation of plant equipment
• Help develop and implement Continuous Improvement projects
