Job Description
We are looking for a Business Operations Program Manager to support operational programs, workflow systems, and cross-functional coordination within a large-scale digital media production environment.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in media & entertainment, studio production operations, marketing operations, or a similar operational role.
- Experience working with operational reporting, dashboards, and data-driven performance tracking.
- Experience working with Airtable or similar workflow platforms such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or other project management tools.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors and cross-functional teams to support production operations and program execution.
- Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, Production Management, or a related field.
