ATS is seeking a Business Development Representative to meet sales objectives by dollar volume and profitability, developing growth plans for sales and profits, and maintaining a sales pipeline to achieve objectives.

- Lead sales role for effective implementation of company Value Sales and Business Development Sales Processes
- Qualify, probe and uncover opportunities
- Develop effective customer needs analyses
- Coordinate with operations managers
- Develop, present and deliver effective proposals
- Manage effective transition of new customers
- Prepare required reports of sales activity
- Have a sustained record of sales achievement
- Have complete knowledge of organization's policies, products and/or services
- Estimate time and sales expenses
- Analyze records of present and past sales
- Serve on committees or teams
- Help serve as a training resource for new sales employees
- Good driving record
- Ability to work successfully with computers and software
