Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents patient care in accordance with the facility, departmental and professional nursing practice.

Requirements

• Assessment and documentation of new and established patient/consult
• Direct surgical assistance with urological office procedures
• Provides delegation and oversight to direct and indirect care delivery of physician team
• Responds to patient telephone inquiries by evaluating and responding to the patient's problems and questions
• Attends and participates in monthly staff meetings
