Requirements

• Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two–year College or technical school
• One year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum one year of working in a call center environment
• Minimum one year of banking experience (preferred)
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule with regular hours of 8:00am–5:00pm and possible expanded coverage between 7:30am–6:30pm
