We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our Service Desk in Stockholm. As an IT Support Technician, you will be a problem solver who helps users in our customers' IT environments, receiving cases via phone and email, troubleshooting, guiding, and following up until the user is helped.
Requirements
- Master Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Be able to master one of the following languages: Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or German
- Communicate clearly and respectfully, even when it's stressful or when the problem is difficult
- Have experience of IT support, service desk, or technical support
- Have experience from service jobs with a focus on greeting and problem-solving
- Knowledge within Windows Server and client, Apple MacOS, Active Directory, Office 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, network, hardware, and issue handling system, preferably ServiceNow
- Ability to troubleshoot with logical thinking
- Upper secondary school or education
