Job Description
We are looking for an IT support technician to join our HelpDesk team in Aneby, Sweden. As a technician, you will be responsible for receiving, registering, resolving, and following up on issues from our users across Europe.
Requirements
- Education or studying in IT or equivalent experience from work as an IT support technician
- Knowledge of Microsoft's environment (client, server, M365)
- Knowledge of network (Cisco)
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMWare)
- Knowledge of telecommunications, mobile phone
- Experience of working in an ITIL environment
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
- Ability to cooperate with people and a high degree of flexibility
