Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Benefits and Leave of Absence Administrator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will manage and administer employee benefits programs and leave of absence processes in accordance with Canadian federal and provincial legislation.
Requirements
- Manage daily operations and administration of Canadian retirement plans, and Canadian group benefits plans
- Manage and track all types of leaves, including support of the return-to-work process, accommodation coordination and communication
- Ensure programs comply with applicable federal and provincial laws and standards
- Assist with annual benefit renewals, open enrollment processes and communications
- Manage relationships with benefit and leave of absence vendors, ensuring performance standards and compliance
