Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development / Sales Manager to expand our presence in South East Asia, with a focus on India and Australia.
Requirements
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across existing and new industry verticals
- Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships
- Lead RFQs, quotations, and proposal development based on customer and market needs
- Collaborate with Project Managers, R&D, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and product launches
- Conduct market and customer analysis to support pricing and solution strategy
- Initiate and support regional marketing and promotion activities
- Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and improve satisfaction
