System Application Engineer

Role Overview

Join our System Application Engineering team to support next-generation ATE solutions and advanced semiconductor devices for customers in High Performance Computing (HPC) and AI-driven applications. Work closely with customers, R&D, COE, Sales, and Marketing in a highly cross-functional and international environment.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain test methods and tooling for digital and mixed-signal devices on the Advantest V93000 platform, support customers in debugging and resolving SmarTest software and system-level issues, and train customers on new software and hardware capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the Advantest V93000 platform
• Solid understanding of wafer sort methodologies, KGD, and production test flows
• Strong programming skills in Java, scripts (Python/Perl) and C/C++
• Understanding of test quality metrics such as correlation, CP, CPK, and related data analysis techniques
• Demonstrated personal leadership, ownership mindset, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven project execution and coordination skills
• Experience or exposure to pre-sales activities or technical customer leadership
