Job Description
Advantixx Pharmacy is a patient-centered pharmacy seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure full compliance with Nevada regulations. The role involves supervising a team, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing clinical oversight to optimize medication therapy outcomes.
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited program.
- Active, unrestricted Nevada Pharmacist license in good standing.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of pharmacy practice, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and Nevada pharmacy laws, including controlled substances management.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with pharmacy management systems and workflow optimization.
