Job Description
This position involves providing drug information, assisting with patient therapies, and ensuring safe and effective medication use. Pharmacists will perform medication reviews, counseling patients, prepare medication orders, and monitor medication adherence. The role requires compliance with regulatory guidelines and the 340B program, along with contributing to pharmacy quality improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
- Current Oregon and Idaho State Pharmacists licenses or eligibility to obtain them
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification (preferred)
- At least 1 year of pharmacy practice experience
- Knowledge of State and Federal pharmacy regulations
- Knowledge of Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission rules
- Experience with EPIC (preferred)
