1 year of experience, Associate degree in Nursing, current RN licensure in Idaho or Oregon
Pediatrician
Graduate of an accredited medical school, licensed to practice in Idaho and Oregon, and with pediatric specialty Board certification or eligibility
Registered Dietician
BS in nutrition/related field. Internship/professional training. ADA-compliant vision & hearing & strength to lift 25 lbs
Pharmacy Technician
Pharmacy Technician program, 1 year supply and inventory management skills, and certifications
Physician
Medical degree with board certification/eligibility, license to practice in Idaho & Oregon, experience in Family Practice or Residency. Must have BLS/ACLS & DEA license
Behavioral Health Provider I (LMSW, CSWA, LPC)
Master’s in Social Work/Counseling + LMSW/CSWA/LPC license + 1-2 years’ experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Behavioral Health Consultant
Master’s in Social Work/Counseling & LMSW/LCSW/LPC license are needed. 1-2 years’ experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Pharmacist
Bachelor's in Pharmacy is required. Current OR/Idaho license or eligibility for one. BLS and MTM certifications are preferred
Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate
Must have Current NP Licensure in OR/ID and BLS/ACLS card. 2-3 yrs exp in clinical field preferred. Must maintain current AD&Rs
Medical Assistant
Medical Assisting certification or current certificate required. BLS/CPR certification and corrected vision/hearing are also necessary
