Job Description
The Behavioral Health Provider I (LMSW, CSWA, LPC) will provide clinical behavioral health/mental health services primarily to children and adolescent patients within a primary care setting and / or a school setting. This role involves consultative services, assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions. The provider will collaborate with various care agencies in the community and use evidence-based practice.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- Licensed in Idaho / Oregon as an LMSW, CSWA, or LPC.
- 1-2 years’ experience.
- Fluent in English/Spanish
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
- Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
