Behavioral Health Consultant - LMSW, LCSW, LPC or LCPC - Burley Clinic

The Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) provides brief behavioral health interventions for patients with chronic illness. They support primary care providers in managing behavioral concerns within the clinic setting and assist in clinical care. The role involves screening, triage, case management, and clinical intervention, focusing on addressing immediate needs and referral to community resources.

Requirements

• Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or an equivalent field
• Current State of Idaho Master of Social Worker or Professional Counselor license in good standing
• Comfortable working with various individuals with co-morbid conditions
• Proficient English language skills
• Ability to work with clients with limited English proficiency
• Ability to work with emotionally upset clients
• Ability to use computers and telehealth
• Ability to move frequently
• Ability to cope with interruptions and team player
• Sight/hearing senses or prosthetic devices
