Technology Communications Specialist II

The Technology Communications Specialist II is responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation for assigned Advarra software, gathering and synthesizing complex technical information, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to produce accurate material in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of technical writing experience
• 2+ years of proven experience and proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent writing, communication, and research skills
• Demonstrated accountability in project ownership and a solution-oriented work approach
• Knowledge of agile/scrum processes
• Experience working within an SDLC team producing software releases
• Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA
