Job Description
Communications Specialist - IT Initiatives. Support IT Customer Success and Enablement group. Partner with Instructional Designers/eLearning Developers to create content and communications that support the global IT learning enterprise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical writing or communications within a corporate IT/technology environment
- Strong writing and editing skills — able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience collaborating with instructional design or eLearning teams on content creation
- Familiarity with change management and stakeholder engagement practices
- Proficiency with digital communication tools — intranet platforms, email campaign tools, and community platforms (e.g., Microsoft Viva Engage)
- Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced enterprise environment
- Comfortable working remotely via virtual/instant messaging and video conferencing
