Job Description
Performs specialized examinations of the breast to help in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. Performs all required procedures in the department while operating specialized equipment.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology
- Experience as a Mammography Technologist (preferred)
- Licenses/Certifications: Radiologic Tech (RT) and Mammography Technologist in CA, American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Radiography (ARRT-R), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Mammography (ARRT-M) in OR, Preferred in CA and HI, Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification, Fluoroscopy license (Preferred in CA), Venipuncture certification (Preferred in CA)
- Facility Specific License/Certifications: Mammographic Radiologic Technology (MRT)
