Job Description
The RN, Clinical Practice & Education - Clinical Educator will develop, implement, and evaluate clinical education programs to ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care. This role requires discretion and independent judgment to design and lead initiatives that promote the professional growth and competency of nurses and other clinicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience
- Current RN license in the state of practice
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy
- Three years' of recent experience in an acute care setting
- One year experience in clinical education or staff development
