Job Description
Facilitates physician's performance of invasive and therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, handles instruments, supplies, and equipment, and ensures quality patient care during surgical procedures.
Requirements
- Associate Degree or Certificate of Program Completion in Surgical Technology
- Relevant acute care experience
- National Board of Surgical Technologists or Association of Surgical Technologists certified
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
