Job Description
Performs ultrasonic diagnostic procedures to diagnose and monitor various conditions such as heart disease, pregnancy, and cancer. Supervises and mentors ultrasound personnel. Maintains equipment.
Requirements
- Diploma/certificate from an Ultrasound college/school
- Certified and currently registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) certification in Abdomen (AB), Obstetrics (OB) or Vascular (RVT); or Cardiovascular Credentialing International Registered Vascular Specialist (CCI-RVS); or Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Sonography (S) or (VS) within one year of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor
