Registered Nurse (RN), Day Shift, HH-Rockville

We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) you will assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care in the home to achieve patient goals, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team in patient care planning.

Requirements

• Graduation from of an accredited nursing program
• Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• 2 years full-time experience in acute care
• Current Maryland State nursing license
• 2 years full time experience in Medical/Surgical or facility nursing within the past 5 years
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Valid Driver’s License with agency insurance requirements
