Seeking an experienced Stationary Engineer 1st Class to maintain and control all plant equipment, including boilers, chillers, pumps, and cooling towers. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in commercial or hospital central utility plant operations, a 1st Class Stationary Engineer License in the State of Maryland, and strong knowledge of boiler safety and power distribution.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial or hospital central utility plant operations
- 1st Class Stationary Engineer License State of Maryland
- Valid US Driver’s License
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Ability to prioritize and remain calm in demanding situations
- Able to use hand and power tools
