Unit Support Coordinator (USC), Night Shift, Med Surg

Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced certified nursing assistant for our Med Surg unit. The Unit Support Coordinator will support departmental operations, process physician orders, and perform clerical duties.

Requirements

• High school diploma / GED
• At least 6 months experience working in a hospital or doctor’s office
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology required
• Proficient in PC, Internet and email required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Training in data entry of clinical systems preferred
