Visiting Physical Therapist (PT), Day Shift, Home Health - Rockville

We're seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will perform initial examinations and evaluations, provide therapy interventions, communicate with the care team, and manage schedules to accommodate a range in census and patient load.

Requirements

• Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from accredited physical therapy program.
• 1-year site specific preferred.
• Active Maryland License.
• Valid driver’s license with agency insurance requirements.
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
