Senior Account Director - Agency Hold Cos

We’re looking for a strategic and commercially driven (Senior) Account Director to lead our most important global client portfolio: the Big 5 agency holding companies.

Requirements

• Deep experience within major agency holding companies (required), plus a strong industry network.
• Extensive experience leading customer-facing teams, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or agency environments.
• A proven track record of transforming teams toward proactive, value-led account management.
• Strong commercial acumen with consistent success in retention and growth.
• Confidence engaging C-level stakeholders and building long-term strategic partnerships.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for developing high-performing teams.
