Precision AQ is seeking a Senior Account Director to lead client accounts and drive growth through strategic direction, team management, and client relationship development. The role requires a creative and commercial mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality work, managing budgets, and driving new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Lead client accounts in excess of £400K revenue
- Take the strategic lead on client briefs and provide strategic direction
- Lead client meetings, including facilitation of client and stakeholder meetings
- Proactively engage with, and drive clients' annual strategy through development of annual account planning
- Maintain the high-quality of all deliverables through appropriate accuracy and quality checks
- Ensure a working knowledge of the therapeutic landscape as relevant to their client accounts
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with existing and future clients
- Coach and mentor more junior team members in their financial management of accounts
- Ensure the profitability and growth of client accounts through accurate budgeting, monitoring of hours vs. budget and liaison with clients to agree additional budget where possible
- Manage external service providers
- Share industry experience and expertise within the agency
