The Senior Account Director leads and provides strategic direction for large client accounts, ensuring they are profitable and growing. The role drives growth and future project planning with the client, delivers quality work, and manages a team. The SAD also leads pitches for new business and seeks new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
Requirements
- Lead client accounts in excess of £400K revenue
- Take the strategic lead on client briefs
- Lead client meetings
- Proactively engage with and drive clients' annual strategy
- Maintain the high-quality of all deliverables
- Ensure a working knowledge of the therapeutic landscape
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities
- Coach and mentor more junior team members
- Ensure the profitability and growth of client accounts
- Manage the work, performance, and professional development of team members
- Line management responsibility for Project Managers, Project Directors and Account Directors as required
- Manage external service providers
- Travel to client meetings is required as part of this role
