Job Description
We're a home health care team looking for a compassionate RN Clinical Manager to support and mentor nurses and caregivers, and provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- Active MI RN license
- 2ā3 years of clinical experience in home health, hospice, or a related field
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (or a strong desire to grow into it)
- Solid understanding of OASIS and home health regulations
- Comfort with EMR systems and clinical workflows
