As our Home Health Care RN Clinical Manager, you'll support and mentor a team of nurses and caregivers, ensure patients receive safe, high-quality, personalized care, and oversee clinical documentation, care plans, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Active MI RN license
- 2ā3 years of clinical experience in home health, hospice, or a related field
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience (or a strong desire to grow into it)
- Solid understanding of OASIS and home health regulations
- A calm, confident communication style and a knack for problem-solving
- Comfort with EMR systems and clinical workflows
- A genuine passion for supporting patients and empowering staff
- Ability to work in the field as needed
