Job Description
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is responsible for leading the Medical Management leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and patient safety at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital. The CMO will work closely with hospital administration, medical staff, and Advocate leadership to achieve these goals.
Requirements
- MD. Minimum 5 years clinical experience. Minimum 8 years management experience.
- Preferred formal management education.
- Demonstrated continuous education in management and leadership development.
