Job Description
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) serves as the primary liaison to the Medical Staff, establishing processes and policies for effective communication and collaboration. Key responsibilities include physician recruitment and retention, education and training, and management of the Medical Staff Services Department.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of experience of MD experience
- 2 to 3 years of leadership experience
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine
- MUST BE A LICENSED PHYSICIAN IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS
