The cook is accountable for achieving the preparation of quality and safe food. Responsibilities include quality food preparation, safe food handling procedures, proper time management, responsible cost controls, training, and guest relations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of healthcare/trayline or related experience
- High school diploma
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting (lifting 50 to 100 pounds occasionally and/or 25 to 50 pounds frequently and/or 10 to 20 pounds constantly)
