Flex Resource Registered Nurse Inpatient - Womens - Days

The Flex Resource Registered Nurse Inpatient - Womens - Days position requires floating to facilities in one of two designated zones, engaging in unit councils and professional governance, and upholding a culture of safety. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, and collaborating with the care team to influence care outcomes. The nurse will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be responsible for physical safety interventions, accurate EHR documentation, and delegating tasks to other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active registered nurse (RN) multi-state compact and/or single-state license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing. Two years of service line specific RN experience preferred.
