Medical Assistant Atrium Health Sanger Heart & Vascular Pineville ACARD FT

Medical Assistant is responsible for providing patient care, assisting providers with procedures, and performing lab-related duties. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to perform routine and complex technical skills within the Medical Assistant scope of practice.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or military training
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
• Certified or registered as a CMA or RMA
• Two years of experience in a clinical practice setting as a Medical Assistant
