Job Description
Medical Assistant I - Atrium Health East Charlotte Family Medicine Full-Time: Provides patient care, assists provider with procedures, and performs lab-related duties. Adheres to Medical Assistant scope of practice, follows all policies and procedures, and maintains training and competency based on area of specialty.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
- Successful completion of Atrium Health’s competency assessment
